Many Gen Z individuals are tired of remote work, with only 23% stating that it is very or extremely important to them. A significant 63% prefer in-person training, indicating a desire for hands-on experiences and learning in the workplace.

Gen Z is motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact, with 35% expressing interest in human rights and 34% in fields like social justice, science/tech innovation, and healthcare. Additionally, 67% want to work for companies that facilitate skill development and career advancement.
